3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ZateHost services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable laws
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Hosting phishing sites or engaging in fraud
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Adult content or pornography (unless explicitly permitted by your plan)
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval
• Activities that consume excessive server resources
• Reselling services without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually). You authorize ZateHost to charge your payment method on file for recurring payments.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting customers. Refunds are not available for domain registrations, setup fees, or renewals. VPS and dedicated server refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 7 days of the due date may be suspended. Services will be terminated after 14 days of non-payment, and all data may be permanently deleted.

5.4 Price Changes

ZateHost reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply upon your next renewal.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

ZateHost strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for shared hosting and 99.95% for VPS and dedicated servers. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations. In the event of extended downtime exceeding our SLA, eligible customers may receive service credits as specified in our SLA documentation.

7. Data Backup and Security

While ZateHost performs regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss. You agree to implement appropriate security measures for your account and notify us of any security breaches.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Our Rights

ZateHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent activity
• Excessive resource usage affecting server performance
• Legal requirements or court orders

8.2 Your Rights

You may terminate your services at any time through your account dashboard. Termination requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant ZateHost a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide services. ZateHost's website design, logos, and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZateHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party actions or security breaches
• Force majeure events
• Issues caused by your custom scripts or applications

You agree to indemnify and hold ZateHost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of ZateHost services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Domain Registration

Domain registration is subject to the policies of the respective domain registrar and ICANN. You are responsible for providing accurate WHOIS information and maintaining domain renewals. Domain transfers are subject to registrar-specific requirements.

14. Technical Support

ZateHost provides technical support for service-related issues. Support does not include custom coding, third-party application support, or general website development. Support response times vary by plan level.

15. Modifications to Terms

ZateHost reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or account notifications. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.
