Payments & Account Renewal
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension.
Accounts not renewed before expiration may be suspended or terminated.
Reactivation may require additional fees.
ZateHost reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased.
Certain services such as domain registrations, VPS licenses,
and custom configurations may be non-refundable.

Security & Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
ZateHost is not liable for damages resulting from compromised passwords.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

- DDoS attacks or malicious activity
- Unauthorized access attempts
We reserve the right to suspend services that threaten infrastructure stability.
Intellectual Property
All ZateHost trademarks, branding, website content, and infrastructure
remain the property of ZateHost.
Users retain ownership of content they upload to hosting services.
However, users are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights
to distribute or publish such content.
General Policies
ZateHost may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms,
non-payment, or abuse of infrastructure.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data,
or downtime beyond our reasonable control.
Service-level guarantees, if offered, are defined separately.
